The villas of Capri tell different stories, yet they share the same ability to give form to beauty through their relationship with the landscape and the island’s history. They embody, in the most authentic way, the aesthetic, artistic, and cultural imagination of MISENO. Spaces that open onto the horizon, where light becomes structure and matter blends seamlessly with nature.

Every element exists in perfect balance, expressing a distinctive, elegant, and timeless language that continues to resonate in the present.

Villa Lysis

Overlooking the Gulf of Naples, Villa Lysis is one of Capri’s most refined interpretations. Built in 1905 for Jacques d’Adelswärd-Fersen, the villa stands as a manifesto of aesthetic sensibility and personal vision. Pastel tones, light geometries, and an openness toward the sea create a suspended, almost unreal space, where every element engages in a dialogue with light. Here, architecture becomes poetry, time slows down, and the landscape becomes part of everyday experience.

Villa Quattro Colonne

Along Via Tragara, one of Capri’s most evocative paths, Villa Quattro Colonne integrates into the landscape with understated elegance, revealed through its details, proportions, and the continuous dialogue between interior and exterior. The columns that give the villa its name are iconic and scenographic architectural elements, guiding the gaze toward the sea. Here, beauty is intimate and quiet.

Villa Malaparte

Perched on the cliffs of Punta Masullo, Villa Malaparte is one of the most recognizable icons of the Mediterranean. Designed in the 1930s, it is considered one of the masterpieces of Italian modernist architecture. Its form is radical and essential: a red parallelepiped set against the blue of the sea, culminating in a staircase that leads to the sky. Here, architecture does not adapt to the landscape—it interprets it, transforming it into vision. It is no surprise that this villa has moved across cinema, fashion, and photography, becoming a symbol of Mediterranean elegance, recognized around the world.
