PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once we get your order, we try our very best to process it right away so you can receive your jewelry ASAP! Orders placed through the website are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note however that stock levels may vary. Should you place an order for an item that turns out to be out of stock, we can special order the piece which takes about 8 weeks to complete or we can fully refund you. 

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-DAY and should arrive to you within two business days after shipment.

All domestic orders ship free.

Special orders (e.g. customized items), orders that require modifications (e.g. ring sizing), and out of stock items may require additional processing time. 

For your security, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address or contact us at the time of purchase to better organize the delivery of your order. 

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Of course, you'll want to know when your jewelry is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend outfit accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add info@misenoitaly.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox. If you can’t find that e-mail, you can check the status of your order by either logging into your account (login) or by entering your order information in the Order Status form.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change an Miseno order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your Miseno order number or email info@misenoitaly.com, as soon as possible.

We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Care Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to Miseno according to our 14-day money back return policy.

Note: Miseno reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the proper authorities.
